& Ben Mason 4-in-1 Convertible Cribs were recalled by order of the Consumer
Product Safety Commission because the front panel can separate from the side
panels and create a hazardous gap that can allow a child to fall out or become
entrapped between the front and side panels.
This is a serious product defect that can result in devastating injuries
to infants. It is surprising that we
continue to see this issue reported.
Please discontinue using this product immediately.
